I bought my 48 cub in cananda. I went over and paid the guy loaded it up he gave me a bill of sale. came across the border they pulled me over to the side looked at the bill of sale seen the tractor was built in the usa and I was on my way. since it was built in the states there was no duty on it. This was a very painless thing to do. if you are truley going to do this just call the border patrol office and ask them what all the info and paper work you will need. If you are having a trucking company delivery it find one that has done this kind of work before. have fun with the tractor Chad
