Kabota - good or Bad?

I know of a Kobota 175 diesel, 2WD, 20 HP that is for sale. Also it comes with plow, disk, tiller and mower. I don't know how many hours are on it, but it is in good to fair condition. this owner bought it from some one else. What is a good price. I have heard that parts are expensive and are hard to come by.
