I never believed in them and thought they were a waste of money,,,until,,,my 1466 started missing a little at idle and seemed to hunt while not under a load. I went and talked to the guys at the pump shop and they told me I probably had an injector acting up. They sold me a diesel addative (can't remeber the name, but I'll get it if you want me to) and I poured it in the tractors tank at more than triple bulk tank strength. After about ten minutes it cleared right up. I was actually sort of surprised, I always buy name brand bulk fuel and I figured it had all of the additives I needed. I treat all of my bulk fuel now and the problem has not returned. Paul
