I have used and own model 16A rear mounted sicklemower. IH came out with a midmount sicklemower later that could be raised and lowered with the touch control. Cutterbar lengths were 5ft to 7ft.I think that tractor would be fine to run a tedder, although I have never done it. The baler would be pushing it, but I have heard of guys that have done it.
