IH 140 Bent Pto Shaft

Well, this isn"t going to be cheap. I hit a hole bush hogging and bent the pto shaft on my 1964 IH-140. I didn"t know that I bent it at the time, no vibration that was obvious. When I was disconnecting the pto coupler I saw the seal was bulged on the top side. I manually rotated the pto shaft and there is a slight wobble. This tractor has both the rear and side output shafts. What is involved in replacing the rear output shaft? Can it be done by just removing the pto housing or does the whole transfer case have to be removed from the drive train? What"s your thoughts on replacing the seal and running it? The seal is bulged but not leaking. Again, there was no noticeable noise or vibration. Any ideas on where to find a rear pto shaft? Thanks
