John, You didn't mention where your post broke but I'm assuming it was at a weak spot like where a bolt goes through it. Your best bet is to try a tractor boneyard or look in the YT classifieds to the left for those that are parting out tractors. I don't know about cost but it may be cheaper to have a machine shop weld your present one. There are at least trhree things attached to the "light tree post" ie; light bar, light switch box with ammeter, and the arm that supports the liftall actuator rod. All these items are removable for you to unbolt the post from the transmission cover to take it in for repair. Good luck! FB
