Carb problems

Hello- I've done a lot of reassembling today, and I wanted to see if I could start by BN. Here's the problem, after a few hours it'll start and run at any speed for about 5 seconds, then stalls and won't start. Gas drips out the air intake as if it were choked, but it's not. The plugs are wet and look sort of oily. I checked the compression, and all cylinders were within 5 PSI of 90 PSI. The plugs are getting a spark. I've taken the carb apart several times and I can't find anything that looks wrong. Any ideas? Thanks. ffolkes
