I just need to know the order of things...the half threaded pin goes through the steering arm support pipe, and is secured by a cotter pin, the other half has what? I remember a badly rusted spring that fell apart... This is where my memory is foggy. I know the lever goes on, then the notched plate then a lock and a nut? But there's got to be something to keep the whole pin from spinning...
