Bob, I just had mine all apart on my H about a month ago. The whole crank assembly can be removed without taking the bolster off the tractor. There is a pin (the spring side) under the sleeve over the part that engages into the crankshaft. That sleeve can be really rusted to to that big shaft after years of mud and radiator leaks. I had to pound on mine a lot to get it to slide back to expose the pin. Once you get that pin out, there is a cotter pin in the shaft that comes out the front of the tractor. You need to remove that so that shaft can be pushed out making room for the big shaft to slide out. Of coarse you have to remove the bottom sheetmetal cover (if there is one there) to get at all this mechanism. Once you get it apart you can either try to grind out the slots or get a different one at a tractor salvage yard (I doubt there are new ones available). You probably should replace the pin connecting the two shafts as mine was really worn. I just cut a bolt the same length as the existing pin. I hope I discribed it OK. Roger
