question for KellyC on painting work tractor

Kelly, was impressed with what you did with the 460. I too would like to give my 300 a "working tractor" quality spruce up, but dont know anything about painting. Can you sorta give a quick step by step on how you did yours? how much old paint did you remove? how did you degrease? what paint did you use? Did you remove anything to paint it? etc etc. Any help would sure be appreciated.
