Distributor problem solved on Farmall H

I had a problem with the rotor not turning. I dissassembled the whole distributor network and the distributor gear and the drive gear both looked good so I reassembled it but it just kept jumping time. So I took it down again and turned it by hand only to find it was slipping. I thought the gears were wore out so I ordered a new drive gear. Upon further inspection I discovered the pin that holds the distributor gear on was sheared off, a .50 part. It now runs fine. Hope this helps anyone else with similar problems.
