That's a project that's high on the list. The 154 engine is in the shop on a stand and the '48 Cub is waiting paitiently just outside the shop.

Unfortunately, the '48 was not running when I got it, so I don't know the condition of the drive train.

I expect the engine swap will be pretty simple. Change flywheel, front pulley, and manifold, and everything else should be the same... except for a slight increase in power due to the higher RPM.
