Bill: Just to add one more item to what Bus Driver and Jim said. On my 130 the dash panel itself is getting a bit ripe and even with bolts in place as Jim suggests it will do the same as yours. My dash is rusted quite badly at bottom. Looks not bad, but I can reach through steering wheel, grab standard that supports steering shaft, a pull or a push will change hydraulics as well as throttle. The adjustment of the hydraulic levers is quite simple. Just adjust so you have no labouring of engine from hydraulic function when lever is at either end of travel. This is quite easy to hear.
