Tom: I suspect there are some differences in the 1 point hitch for high clear models. Having never looked into this nor even seen a high clear with 1 point hitch I don't know. On the hitching to Cub implements the SA, 100, 130 and 140 all use the large hitch socket while the Cub uses the small one. Cub implements will work on the larger tractors using the 1/2" filler bar. IH provided and sold these years ago, just a 1/2" x 1" x 12" bar to take up space. I have quite a few attachments I fabricated using small hitch forks. In each case I perminently welded a bar to the bottom of fork for the filler bar.
