Hugh: By fixed postion I meant that the end of the hyd cyl that extends out flops down on the draw bar and just lays there. Is that end of the cyl suppose to be in a up right anchored vertical postion in order for it to lift the draw bar or does it just flop on top of the draw bar and it changes postions when the cyl moves in and out. Thanks
