Farmall H overheating--rookie needs help.

My H is overheating and I can't figure it out.
Water is coming out of the top of the radiator and it is really flowing. The radiator does not have a pressure cap on it, just a regular gas cap style. Could that be the problem?

The rad, water pump, are not leaking. Does this tractor have a thermostat?

The funny thing is..it is an intermittant problem. I had it at the local dealer, they put it on the dyno and it didn't spew any fluid at all.
No water in the oil, etc.

What would you guys look at?
