The YTMag parts place has the 3-point conversion prongs. Didn't see the top link bracket, though. Click on the "Tractor Parts" link under Marketplace on the upper left-hand of your screen; choose Farmall and then Super C. After the page loads completely there is a category for hitch parts.
If I find a source for the bracket, I'll post it...if you want to make one I could send you detailed pics of mine.
