I have a 300 and the TA feature is pretty cool to use- it gives you 8 forward speeds and two in reverse. They are about $500 or so to replace. Sometimes the TA clutch is just out of adjustment with the main clutch- and then the unit will not work. You can still use the tractor with a disabled TA.

The o-ring is an easy fix.
