You said it was pressurized, but I missed that, sorry--I didn't know there were two caps, the parts book does list two 67448DD, and 356710 R91. There is also a gasket 352639 R91 listed for 67448DD, I assume it raises it, but I don't know. I have a cap I got from OEM Tractor parts, the handle did not clear the grille, I just bent it up a little, that number is 67448DD, also.This is a guess,since 356710R91 is the latest cap that should be the correct one, if Case-IH still has it.
