If you go the cotton picker bull gear route you reverse (flip) the differential and then the tractor goes forward with the bull gears. Also don't forget to turn the guide wheel around so the caster will be to the rear and it will steer correctly. The cotton picker M at Eaglesville still had the guide wheel in the position for rearward movement. I bet it drives like a dog on the road.
