I can't guarantee a fix but my 560 had not had the transmission fluid changed for years which is also where the hydraulics get there supply. Mine slowed down big time and pulsated. I changed the fluid and filter and everything works great now. There was water in my hytran fluid which caused this. I've always used IH Hytran even though it may be more expensive. I suppose the pump could be weak or there is too much loader for it. The original pumps don't have the pumping capacity of the later 706 tractors. The 17 gpm pumps will make a big difference. The fill cap for the hytran is on top of the platform just to the right of the gear shift lever. Just take the three bolts out and the cap should come off easily. If you change the fluid there are three drain plugs on the bottom of the transmission from just behind clutch housing all the way to the back of the transmission. I would start at the front and only do one plug at a time or you will have a mess. As you move back replace the other plug because the fluid comes out real fast. It will take three 5 gallon buckets to drain the fluid. I forgot to mention you need to remove the filter on the right side of the transmission just below where the battery is. To put the new fluid in I just use one of those siphon hoses you can get at any truck stop. It works great and sucks almost all the fluid out of the 5 gallon bucket.
