Why don't you buy the pistons and sleeves seperate from the valves if you want to keep the same head ? When I measured the domes on the fire crater pistons, they were only about 21ccs, about the same volume as the head gasket. The 3 7/16 overbore also gives about 23ccs. If you want to get more power, find a high compression head (#8043). The change in volume is over 50ccs. Better yet, go with the 3 7/16" domed pistons and a later model gas head- the calculated compression ratio goes from 4.3:1 to 6.5:1. Also, have the cam reground to 0.240" lift. It made noticeable difference on my H. Greg
