I guess I don't know about Canada, but down here a farm tractor is legal on the road only if it is being used for purposes of agriculture, as in going from one field to another, the house to the field, or transporting commodities to market. There are a lot of folks that do drive a tractor on the road for the pure fun of it, and I am not going to be the one to tell you it can't be done. Just be careful.
