Starting a 460 which hasen't ran in years

Just purchased a Farmall 460 (gas) which has not ran in about nine years. It is not set up. Other than change all the oils is there anything else that I should do before trying to start it? What about putting something in the cylinders to free up the rings? I would appreciate your thoughts/comments.
