Steve: If you have good smooth concrete floor, get yourself a pallet jack, some good hardwood pallets, a good assortment of blocking and ratchet tie down straps. You can single handed split and put back together even the big 6 cylinder diesels. The finesse you get with the pallet jack is unbelievable. I have had the entire front end of a 560 from clutch housing foreward on a pallet.
