Mower for Super A

Got a 1953 Super A, and found a Woods 5ft Brush hog, model M5 for $450. Can this mower be used with the Super A?? Is it priced right? If it can be used, do I need an overriding clutch ? or slip clutch? what ever the proper terminology is... Thanks
