If oil leaks from the bottom of the steering box there's a good chance the bushing beneath the sector gear is worn. And if the bushing is worn steering will be sloppy and the front end will wobble at high speed. With the steering box cover off, try rocking the worm shaft back and forth while observing the sector gear. If you see ANY axial (horizontal) movement in the sector gear, both the upper and lower bolster shaft bushings should be replaced. Not an expensive job (a set of bushings is about $40) but it requires dropping the pivot shaft from the front end to get at the bushings.
