39 M has some real strange features

Picked up a bunch tractors this past weekend. One of them is a 39 M, serial # 2935. It has some very strange features Im not used to with the "run of the mill" M's Ive had around. First it has the slot top rear end cap, second the mag has a grounding plunger built on it instead of the remote style. Next it has cork plugs in the Lift-all holes and has a plate on the bottom. I guess it was factory delete. Has the strangest looking pto also. The biggest thing I noticed was the wheel weights were a two piece, inner- outer and are totally solid. They say IH CO H&M. Might be aftermarket dont know. Ill try and post some pics later.
