h overhaul question

Are the stepped pistons and the international fire crator the same? If not what is the difference? I was thinking of the overbore sleeves and stepped pistons. With the high compression pistons would it still use regular gas? This is not a production tractor, just garden plowing and hay rides. I feel that if I sell it I would want it to be in the best condition. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
