If none of the other ideas given will work for you, we used to have a Super H that we raked hay with that had an external hydraulic pump that was chain driven off the belt pulley drive assembly(belt pully removed and replaced with a roller chain sprocket). Maybe you could move your pump there if you have a belt pully drive on your tractor.
