Not specifically familiar with the B414, but Australian made Diesel 264 engine was of similiar design. Glowplugs are only about 2.5Volt rating, plus indicator wire, making 12Volts. Power from Glowplug switch goes to indicator first then to terminal of first Glowplug (No. 4 Cyl.),from base of first glowplug to base of second glowplug, from terminal of second glowplug to terminal of third glowplug etc. You do need all four plugs and the indicator wire to make a complete circuit. Probably clear as mud. Any problems write back.Regards, Redfan.
