3-point has two lower links, and a top link. Lower links each have a ball with a hole in it to fit the pins on the implement, as does the adjustable rod that attaches to the top link. If your tractor has only a drawbar, it does not have a 3-point. Mounted implements on older non-3 point tractors usually attached to the axles and/or rear housing. IH also had a 2 point quick attach system called fast hitch. I imagine your tractor has a 3 point, unless it was ordered without one for some reason.
