The link didn't work on my browser, I did it for you. The gears are badly worn. While it's not impossible that shifter fork problems caused the em to wear against each other it's almost certain that this is the main arguement for patience. Come to a full stop before shifting into another gear - no grinding. As to whether they're usable, yes they are. If you're using it in parades or light work (no plowing) they may well last as long as you own the tractor. I have to make myself believe that, the same gears in my H look just like that. Wm PS When I previewed the post I looked again at the photo. Mine are worse.
