Warren: with respect to the W-9, there really is no 'correct' diameter. The reason I state this is that there are about 8 diameter options listed for the W-9 in the operators' manual. Going on memory, I believe the standard diameter is 14". I will try to remember to look this up and post again when I get the manual in hand. I don't know about the SMTA.
