M, Head, Cracked, Advice please

Have an M with 4" sleeves and pistons. There is no wear ridge in the top of the sleeves. Engine was seized when i got it, but removed head and took little effort to free. New head gasket, to specs, got it running and running well. Leaked some oil from manifold side of head right below exhaust riser of #2. Constant drip of water from oil pan once oil drained. #2 cyl had water in it when i removed head. So there must be a crack in head leaking into engine, and into #2 combustion. I have water in block now to see if sleeve also cracked.

All 4 firecrater pistons rock back and forth in the bore, almost like they are worn, but there is no wear groove in sleeve. Id estimate 1/8" total travel.

What am i looking at here, complete rebuild, repair head?
