TRAILER WINCHES

What kind of mounted trailer winch do I need to load up a non running, flat tires, Super M? (loading onto a heavy duty car hauler... I was looking at Warn winches, and some chicago electric winches out of the Harbor frieght catalog- they have a 2000lb capacity (single line) winch for $120... So could I use a snatch block/pulley and get 4000lbs out of it? I mainly use the trailer to haul old cars and tractors... no bigger than a Farmall M for weight.
