The O-6 has the oil/temp gauges in the usual location but no opening for the steering shaft in the hood. Do you have the hood?

COE would probably have been special order. I have a CAT 12 grader that is COE. The Army tag gives the P.O. number, date of purchase, serial number, COE serial number, lifting weight, etc.
