We did nothing with it, it would only happen if you tried to shift with out letting the tractor fully stop, or try to shift too quick. As KB said, the dealer needs to check all the linkages and adjustments before you take delivery. When it did go inot two gears,we shut off tractor and pried to shift gate back in neutral.
