will a B engine work in a C?

Saw an ad today for a C, not running. My B runs okay, but I'd rather have a C. Would I be able to make a B engine fit and work in a C? Any big challenges here? Any other parts interchangeable, like steering bolster, front wheels, radiator, etc?
