John, If your head is a cast alunumum top low drum (14 spindles high) it is a H M 11. Not very many HM11 low drums's were produced. If it is a High drum it is probably a H M 12. Lots of 12's were built. Probably most of any one row model but all 12's were high drums (20 spindles high). Most 12's were on M's because the H did not have enough power for really big cotton. Most low drums you will find are probably 114's (bolted top). Harold H Harold H
