captain: No question fluid or liquid weight has its place. Depends on the type of work, topography and soil type. I see two benefits to liquid weight small tractors, and tractors doing a lot of hauling on hard roads. Local tire guy tells me chloride is almost an item of the past. less than 2% of new tractors tires are being filled with chloride. Farmers are finding more rubber on the ground is the answer. 4x4, duals and 46" rims all do this. My opinion the smart guys are the ones going articulated and duals. The sooner farmers demand a 100 hp articulated tractor the better off he'll be.
