Gibby: I'm not sure but I do think it will fit. When these tractors were new 240 replaced the 230 and 560 replaced the 450. That left the 340 and 460 replacing the 350. Two tractors 340 just a bit smaller than 350 and 460 a bit larger. Yes I do know one is 4 cylinder and other 6. I believe rear chassis is same. Some will argue, that since Farmall 340 uses same configuration as utility rear chassis will be different from Farmall 460. I don't buy that. This same discussion came up awhile back about 300. I say the only difference between Farmall and Utility rear chassis is the top cover. How much of that hitch bolts to top cover? Here is what I do know 340 and 460 use the same rear axle and wheel. I think I would get out some instruments and do a bit of measuring before I walked away from this one. Get a parts book and cross reference the parts of both. Not saying I'm right, but I'm more comfortable with yes than no.

Originally the company was called the Cleveland Motor Plow Company which began in 1912, then the Cleveland Tractor Company (1917) and finally Cletrac.
