Deano, Sounds like we have identical tractors! Mine is yellow, evidently was a state highway department unit for many years. Rear tires are filled but mismatched - one turf type, one construction type. At least it works...mostly. As a matter of fact I added about 2 gals of hydraulic oil just yesterday. In 2 months of ownership and intermittent loader use, finally it failed to activate. Without any other info to go on, I added hyd oil until the level became visible through the filler hole -- my filler is high up on the right side of the tubular loader frame, next to the Superior serial number plate. Is your loader powered off a pump low in front of the grill? Mine is. I have one leak on the high pressure fitting coming out of that pump, and at least one other somewhere in the right main hydraulic cylinder. It is always wet and the piston cleaner ring just slides up and down on the piston. Question: what is your Superior's hydraulic filter part number? My filter assembly is kind of messed up, had been broken off and was hanging from a rope when i bought it. I redrilled a couple holes and managed to bolt it back onto the frame. It's hoses are fine. I figure I should drain the system and change it but don't know what filter element to get -- and don't even know where to drain the loader hydraulic system! Thanks, Dave D
