I.m trying to put my newly aquired 300 back in service. Overall it runs great although i still have a few things to run down. my question is this; when i checked the gear boxes the oil was thin like motor oil and was merkie like it has a little water in it. would this be caused from condesation since its been set up for quiet some time. (as far as i can tell) i can't figure any where else it could get water, also should i replace the gear oil with standard 90 weight or would sythetic gear oil be better. also is the 2 point quick hitch exclusive to farmall implements of that day or will most 3 point implement work with the added third link. It is set up for use with a third link as well so i wasn't sure. Thanks for any info you can provide
