The gent said not to put them on my 100 but I think he was referreing to Farmall Super A-140 tractors in general, which is his expertise. He's an older gent but worked for IH for about 20 years before he retired and now he just restores Farmalls. From what I understand, his big concern was cracking the bell housing (he ran into several instances of this he said) and he that in general, front blades were just more trouble than they are worth. However, I concur with Hugh in that I think that common sense should dictate. My primary work would be with snow and maybe some light dirt work at most, which I think should be light enough. I just need to make sure I get a factory blade with a spring. I would use the rear blade for anything heavier. Now I just need to track one down. I know a guy up in Virginia who has one for his 130 but so far he has resisted by eloquent entreaties to sell it to me ;-)
