Hi Brian, When you say you've measured the block
and it measures 3&7/16" is this with the sleeve removed? Measure the piston diameter on one of the cylinders that isn't damaged. If it measures
3-3/8" that's the size of your piston. Don't go by the block bore.

You also need to do what Jon has recommended on your rod and main bearings to make sure they aren't worn beyond specs or the crankshaft hasn't been machined undersize.

The 3 other pistons may need replacing too, since one has broken the sleeve.
