Nate,the TA pressure circuit applies the anti-coast clutch pack only, the driving connection is supplied by the sprag clutch (overiding clutch)so you do probably have a leak in the circuit. Could leak in the clutch pack,connecting tube, or the mutiple control valve. Also check all the external linkage for adjustment & binding. This TA is a bit more difficult to rebuild, you probably should use a genuine IH service manual.
