I'll tell you what to do. Go to your local AG suppy or hardware store and get a bag of sulfer. Doesn't have to be a 50lb bag or anything unless you really have a bad squirrel problem. About a pound will do. Next, go get a large enough canvas tarp to cover your tractor with. Take the sulfer and sprinkle it all over the tarp on both sides. It will be dusty but over time the dust will go away and the sulfer residue will remain. Squirrels can't deal with sulfer on their skin and fur. It burns and makes them itch. I thought that it sounded crazy when I was told about it but low and behold I haven't got a single squirrel in the barn or on my tractors in about a year. Good luck!
