From the pictures, it appears to be a B that somebody removed the left side differential shaft and housing, replaced it with a stub shaft (as used on an A) then turned the wheels to put the dishes out.
In effect, they reduced the basic overall rear width by 22 inches, which would be very unstable, then compensated somewhat by turning the wheels around.
You can tell that it probably was originally a B, not a BN or an A, by looking at the way the seat mounts are about 4 inches from the right side fender.
They should have let the left side alone, The tractor would be worth more if they had, in my opinion..
