Need to isolate the hydro from the drive control valve and foot-inch valve. Remove the two steel lines from the left side of the hydro housing and cap the fittings coming from the housing. Don't worrym about plugging the lines only a small amount of oil will come out.Use the tractor like you do and see what happens. Be careful because with the fittings capped the foot-inch valve won't stop the tractor. Will have to use the S-R lever to stop the tractor. If hydro pulls good problem in drive control valve or foot-inch valve. If pulls the same trouble in hydro then need to run flow-rator check on center section. If want tractor fixed email me. Will give more info.
